On Saturday, February 21, San Rossore Sport Village hosted “Wellbeing in Motion”, an event organized in collaboration with Rotary Club Pisa and UNI.DE.A - University of Adults to promote an active, health-conscious lifestyle.

During the morning, medical and rehabilitation experts explored the value of movement as a therapeutic and preventive tool. Physiotherapists and center directors Simone Casarosa and Giovanni Santarelli explained the importance of correct and personalized physical activity, while Dr. Tiziana Sampietro highlighted the relationship between exercise, metabolic health, and reduced cardiovascular risk.

The event created an open community discussion and helped raise awareness of wellbeing, longevity, and prevention.
